Tshokwane picnic site – H1-3 approximately halfway between Skukuza and Satara Rest Camps. a large picnic site with braai facilities, a small shop, and meals to order.

Nhlanguleni picnic site – on the R36 between Skukuza and Orpen.

Orpen Dam picnic site – Orpen Dam

Muzandzeni picnic site- at the junction of R36 and S126, 30 km from Satara

N’wanetsi picnic site – at the end of the H6, about 26 km from Satara – with spectacular views and sightings

Babalala Picnic site – on the H1 35 km north of Shingwedzi Rest Camp

Mooiplaas picnic site – a few km south of Mopani Reset Camp on the H1

Masorini picnic site – 10 km east of the Phalaborwa entrance gate H9
