Thabamati Luxury Tented Camp is a luxury accommodation located in the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, South Africa. It offers guests a unique and luxurious camping experience in the heart of the African wilderness, surrounded by wildlife and breathtaking scenery. Guests can enjoy  game drives in a 4×4 open safari vehicle with a qualified guide and tracker.

Guided walks are offered so you can experience the small insects, mammals and fauna and flora, and other wildlife-based activities in the reserve. The camp provides 4 luxurious and spacious tents an open plan safari deck with all the amenities and facilities to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay for guests.

This is Big5 country (lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant and rhino) along with many of the planes game and other carnivores like wild dog and hyena.

The lodge is an eco friendly lodge powered by solar and gas and in a low risk malaria area. An ideal destination for singles, couples and small groups up to 8 people.

The camp can be booked out for exclusive use from R58 000 per night.
