A Self- Catering Timbavati Safari Lodge
Walkers River Camp is a self-catering luxury exclusive use camp that has 5 private rondawels sleeping 8 guests. Each suite has a bath, outdoor shower, air conditioner, fan, mosquito nets and is serviced daily. A fully equipped kitchen with 2 large fridge/freezers, an extra Chest freezer, gas stove with an electric oven, microwave, kettle and Nespresso machine. The camp has an electric fence around the camp so it is safe to walk around. There is a large bar fridge for you to keep all your drinks cold while relaxing around the swimming pool.

Walkers River Camp
Walkers River Camp near Hoedspruit in the Limpopo Province South Africa. This is an exclusive use self-catering camp sleeping 8 guests and is situated on the western section of the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve.
This Timbavati Safari Lodge is on the banks of the Klaserie River where you can transverse over 5000 ha of game-rich reserve which boasts prolific wildlife (including the Big5 – lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo and leopard) and birdlife. Your rate includes 2 game drives per day, however, your guide is very flexible. If you would like to pop into Hoedspruit or want a Bush Walk or just lounge around the pool with a drink in hand, he will adjust his schedule to suit your group.
The Timbavati Museum is well worth a visit, displaying all the species found on the Game Reserve. For birding enthusiasts, the Klaserie River provides a great opportunity to see many of the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve birds.
